Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a titled absorptive plate of a high rate of metal adsorption and small emissivity of energy by subjecting an Al material to an electrolytic treatment in an alkali electrolytic bath contg. a sodium phosphate compound to form oxide film pores of ramification structure on its surface then subjecting the same further to an electrolytic treatment in an electrolytic bath contg. a metallic salt.
CONSTITUTION: A primary electrolytic bath consisting of a sodium phosphate compound (e.g.; Na3PO4) and org. acids and/or inorg. acids (e.g.; salicyclic acid, sulfuric acid) and if necessary, added with a polyhydric alcohol or fluoride as an assistant and of 7W14pH is prepd. Next, Al (alloy) is subjected to a primary electrolytic treatment in this electrolytic bath at 20W70°C bath temps., whereby numerous oxide film pores of 0.1W10μ depth are formed on the surface of the Al material. The Al material after the electrolytic treatment is subjected to a secondary electrolytic treatment at 20W50°C bath temps. in an electrolytic bath contg. a water soluble metallic salt (e.g., cobalt sulfate and boric acid) to adsorb metal on said oxide film pores. Thereby, the absorptive plate for solar energy having high energy absorptivity other than the above-described properties is obtd.
