Abstract

PURPOSE: To generate a turning power by controlling and supplying a compressed air in a compressor into many submerged drums to destroy the balance of the drums on account of a buoyancy produced in each of them.
CONSTITUTION: A blast air produced by a compressor 23 is delivered through a blast tube 24 into a blast air pipe and a blast air chamber 30 of a settled fittings 27. The blast successively passes through a blast air channel 31, a drum air tube 22 connected to a breathing air nozzle 35, of an air regulation valve gear 34 and a drum air pipe 21 and thereafter is supplied for a drum 14. Movable pieces 19 inside a drum 5(14) are separately moved up to stoppers 20 at both the external sides of the drum 5(14), thereby forcibly evacuating a water in-side the drum 5(14). The other drums 6(15), 7(16) and 8(17) are displaced in the same manner. Each drum is filled with the blast air and produces a buoyancy therein, resulting in a creation of a turning moment in the direction of an arrow shown in the drawing.
