Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the temperature and amount of a forming treatment liquid capable of forming a phosphate film by a method in which steam is directly blown into the forming treatment liquid, overflow liquid is allowed to stand to settle sludge, and the supernatant liquid is filtered and discharged. CONSTITUTION:A steel object to be treated is moved from a shower chamber 1 to a riser 2 and then treated with a phosphate solution. The treatment liquid is flowed down to a heating tank 3 and circulated to the riser 2 by a pump 4. Steam is directly blown into the heating tank 3 while controlling a steam control valve 6 by a temperature detector 5, and the treatment liquid increased by the condensed water of the steam blown enters through an overflow pipe 7 into a sludge separation tank 8, where sludge is settled on standing and the supernatant liquid enters through overflow pipe 9 into an intermediate tank 10. A pump 12 is operated by a liquid level meter 11 provided in the tank 10 to direct the supernatant liquid into an osmotic membrane device 13, and clean water obtained by filtration is released and the residual solution is turned to the heating tank 3.
