または熱交換器に、化成液中のスラツジが付着し

成処理液の加温および液量を管理する方法によつ

ながら、蒸気を処理液に吹込んで加温する。蒸気
が水となつて増加した溶液は溢流管7を経て、ス
ラツジ分離槽8に入り、上澄液は溢流管9を経て
中間槽10に入り、この槽10に設けた液面計1
1によつてポンプ12を作動させて逆浸透膜装置
13に上澄液を圧入して水分を減少させ、濃度を
