On the recording layers 2 and 2 facing to a hollow part 3, a protective layer 5a of polystyrene, etc., and an inorganic protective layer 5b of SiO2, etc., are formed. The organic protective layer 5a has 15-40mum thickness, and inorganic protective layer 5b has >=1,000Angstrom thickness. Thus, an optical disk stable for a long period is obtained.
