Abstract

Meanwhile, thin films 9 and 9' consisting of transparent inorganic materials such as aluminum of approximately 500-5,000Angstrom are formed on light passage faces 2a and 2a' of substrates 2 and 2' which are brought into contact with the external space and permit lights A and B for information read/write to pass through.
