Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve responsiveness of a governor of an engine without an inferior effect on stability by integrating an error between a running speed and anindicated value, comparing the result with a saw tooth wave form output to generate a pulse and regulate an engine speed by the pulse.
CONSTITUTION: An output of a revolution number signal oscillator 2 is formed in the shape of a wave form, which is differentiated by a capacitor 32 to switch a transistor 34 on or off. When it is off, the wave form is turned in a gradually increasing wave form by a capacitor 36 and a resistance 35 and after compared with a set voltage by a comparator 37, converted in a L level pulse signal as a revolution number voltage.
