CONSTITUTION:A circuit such as a pull-down circuit 12 consisting of diodes and a transistor (TR), or a resistor 10 or a diode group 11 is connected between an output terminal 9 of a TTL logical circuit and a ground terminal 3. Thus, a current flowing out from the TR and the diodes 8 of the logical circuit can flow to the pull-down circuit for a prescribed amount, and since the effect of fluctuation of an external load is mitigated, the output waveform can be made further constant, the trailing time can be made constant, the dispersion in the switching time can be reduced and a circuit with high timing accuracy can be obtained.
