Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve small through-current with a small area as a whole, by making the threshold voltage of the 1st gate circuit lower than the threshold voltage of the 2nd gate circuit. CONSTITUTION:A part 11 consisting of a resistor 15, P-MOS TRs17, 18, N-MOS TRs19, 20 constitutes an NOR gate and the threshold voltage is far lower than a half the power supply voltage. On the other hand, a part 12 consisting of a resistor 6, P- MOS TRs21, 22, and N-MOS TRs23,24 constitutes an NAND gate, and the threshold voltage is far higher than a half value of the power supply voltage. Then, the potential at an output terminal P is lower than the threshold voltage VTP of a single P- MOS, and even if the P-MOS TR55 turns on, an area where the potential of the output terminal Q is higher than the threshold voltage VTN of the single N- MOS TR, is not caused.
