Abstract

PURPOSE:To swing the voltage amplitude of an output signal up to the voltage of a power supply, by giving an input signal to the 1st complementary MOS gate circuit, to the 2nd complementary MOS gate circuit having a channel of an N type MOS TR of larger size. CONSTITUTION:Both gates of P and N type MOS transistors TRs 41 and 42 are connected to a signal input terminal 44. A series connection point of both the TRs 41 and 42 is connected to the base of an NPN TR46, the collector of which is connected to a power supply voltage VDD and the emitter of which is connected to a signal output terminal 45. A P MOS TR47 the gate of which is connected to a signal input terminal 44, is connected between the signal output terimal 45 and the power supply voltage VDD, and an N MOS TR48 the gate of which is connected to the signal input terminal 44 is connected between the signal output terminal 45 and the power supply voltage VSS. The size of the channel of the TR48 is smaller than that the TR42.
