Abstract
PURPOSE:To reset a power-on-reset signal surely with a very simple constitution, by taking an output of an inverter circuit as a reset signal. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch 2 is applied at a time t0, a voltage A of a circuit power supply line rises slowly. Thus, a voltage at a connecting point B rises in the same way as a power supply voltage VDD at a prescribed period after the turning on of the switch 2, and the voltage B at a time t1 when transistor (TRs) Q1-Q3 turn completely on is three times or more each threshold voltage VTN of the TRs Q1-Q3.
