Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve combustion efficiency and reduce fuel consumption by a method wherein cooling injection holes and combustion assistant fuel injection holes are provided to conform to the combustion mechanism fossil fuel ash in the case of incineration of fossil fuel ash with combustion assistant fuel and cooling water.
CONSTITUTION: The fossil fuel ash, which is discharged from a combustion equipment after the burning of fossil fuel such as heavy crude oil, coal and the like and collected by a dust collector, consists of the combination of endothermic reaction material and exothermic reaction materials. To conform to the combustion mechanism to drive the interior of a cyclone furnace 1 into an endothermic reaction zone and an exothermic reaction zone in order to to incinerate such fossil fuel ash as mentioned above and to hold the stable boundary line between both reaction zones, are provided a fossil fuel ash blow-in port 2 at the upper part of the cyclone furnace 1 and combustion assistant fuel injection holes (combustion assistant burners) 6 and 6A and cooling water injection holes 9 and 9A respectively at the upper and middle parts of the cyclone furnace 1. Moreover, thermometers 7 and 7A for meassurement of furnace temperature are provided at the upper and middle part of the cyclone furnace 1 to control each of control systems for the endothermic reaction zone and the exothermic reaction zone.
