Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of shocks in operating a guide vane of a water turbine, by providing a guide-vane opening setting and adjusting section designed to make its output equal to the output of a control operating and amplifying section and a control setting and adjusting section designed to make the inputs to a guide vane control operating and adjusting section and the control operating and amplifying section zero. CONSTITUTION:A control setting and adjusting section 13 controls the set value of a water turbine speed setting section 2 or a water turbine output setting section 3 to make its input zero by utilizing the output of an adder 5 as an adjustment input, through driving of its setting pulse motor PM or internal adjustment of the adder 5. A guide-vane opening adjusting section 14 compares the output of a control operating amplifier 6 with a setting output of a guide-vane opening setting section 8 and drives the pulse motor PM for the section 8, such that the above two outputs are made equal to each other. Further, a guide-vane control operating and adjusting section 15 compares the output of the control operating and amplifying section 6 with the output of the guide-vane opening setting section 8 and effects internal adjustment of the control operating amplifier 6, such that the above two outputs are made equal to each other.
