Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a plant by automatically operating a load limiter and a load setter. CONSTITUTION:A function controller 6 outputs load limit control signals A to a load limit function generator 7 before the plant 1 is completely switched on. A comparator 9 gives a driving device 14 of the load limiter 4 deviation signals between load limit function signals B and load limit feedback signals C. The function controller 6 outputs load setting control signals E to a load setting function generator 8 after the plant is completely switched on. A comparator 10 gives a driving device 13 of the load setter 5 deviation between load setting function signals F and load setting feedback signals C. At the same time, a load limit controller 11 adds bias signals, which are 5% at the output of a generator, to the load setting function signals F, and gives the comparator 9 them.
