Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a valve opening sensor by calculating a deviation between the goal speed of a turbine and its actual speed and adding the deviation between the value of this time of the calculated result and the value of the last time, and the value obtained by multiplying the value of this time by a gain constant, to a motor. CONSTITUTION:A goal speed signal 201 and a goal acceleration signal 202 are input through a goal speed setting circuit 203 and an acceleration setting circuit 204 to a program signal producing circuit 205. The program signal of the circuit 205 is added to/subtracted from the actual speed 207 of a turbine at an adding point 206 and a speed deviation 208 is input to a speed type PI calculator 111. In the calculator 111, a signal obtained by adding the deviation between the value of the speed deviation at this time and the value at the last time to the value obtained by multiplying the value of this time by a gain constant is output to drive a motor 3 for controlling a bypass valve 5. Acceleration control can thereby be possible without use of a valve opening feedback signal.
