Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the estimated accuracy of disturbance and to reduce the influence of the disturbance by using a disturbance estimating device which estimates the disturbance with the internal state value defined as an input. CONSTITUTION:When the disturbance (d) is applied to a controlled system 1, the state values (x) and (y) vary. An observer 4 is added to have output of the estimated state value x' with the control output (u) applied to the controlled system 1 and the value (x) of the system 1 defined as inputs. In case the value (x) can thoroughly detected, the detected value is effective with no use of the observer 4. The disturbance (d) is shown d=f(x) based on a model obtained by turning the dynamic characteristics of a controller into the numerical value. Then a disturbance estimating device 5 which uses the state value including said estimated value of the state value of the detected value only as an input carries out an arithmetic operation d'=f(x) for output of the estimated disturbance d'. Then a computing element 10 outputs M.d' obtained by multiplying the d' by the feedforward control gain M and adds the M.d' to the control output.
