CONSTITUTION:The output deviation, i.e. the difference signal between the target value TUP and the process variable signal (output value) TWO of a process 6 is fed to each arithmetic part of proportion 2, integration 3 and differentiation 4 respectively. In this case, however, a selection part 7 is provided at the input side of an integral arithmetic process part 3. The part 7 fixes the output TERi at phi at the moment when a change of the target value is detected. Then TER= TERi is satisfied when the output deviation TER reaches x% of the changed degree of the target value. If the deviation TER does not reach the above-mentioned x% owing to the load conditions, etc., TER=TERi is obtained when a certain period of time elapses.
