Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Control switches 51, 52 are connected to B side at starting time. An arithmetic amplifier 4 produces an output to become a regulation meter output signal e0 = Eb + e2 where e2 is deviation proportional signal, and Eb bias signal. When a deviation proportional signal is reduced to set value, a relay 8 is operated to switch the switches 51, 52 to the side A. Since an integrating capacitor CI is charged with the difference between the signal eo and the signal e2 before the switching operation, the switching operation is conducted without balance and bump. Since the deviation at the switching is small, there occurs no overshoot of the control signal thereafter.
