The output of the oscillator 16 is applied to a presettable reversible counter 17, and the count value is sent to a servo system. In the case of the 2-rate aid control in the manual operation mode, the output of the stick 1 is added with the output integrated by an integrator 3 through the adder 4 to be sent to the oscillator 16. When the boosting signal is produced, the command signal 11 is applied to a subtractor 13 to which the count value of the counter 17 is fed back. The output of the subtractor is applied to the oscillator 16 via a D/A converter 8, an integrator 3 and the adder 4 respectively.
