Abstract
PURPOSE:To cause a quick-response and attenuation to be satisfied and to improve stability of a process parameter fluctuation by using a fuzzy rule, etc., when the change quantity of a control output is calculated from deviation and the change quantity and executing set operation. CONSTITUTION:The processes variable of a plant 1 is sent to a fuzzy arithmetic unit 2 and in the unit 2, a setting value is read from a setting value storing circuit 4. Then, deviation e(i) from the setting value of the process variable and change quantity DELTAe(i) of the deviation are obtained. Next, with using a control rule (the fuzzy rule,) which is read from a storage 3 or a membership function, the value of a fuzzy function to correspond to the deviation e(i) and the change quantity DELTAe(i) is calculated by the prescribed operation. Continuously, the set operation is executed concerning the fuzzy function and change quantity DELTAu(i) of the control output is outputted to an adder 6. Then, the integral operation of the control output is executed and the arithmetic result is sent to an operating part 5. Since the operation to correspond to the control output is executed by the operating part 5 and the plant is controlled, the quick-response and the attenuation are made satisfactory and the control operation can be stablized.
