Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve control performance superposing the manipulated variables of both digital and analog systems so that a feedback amount from a single control loop is controlled to a desired value. CONSTITUTION:With regard to the control target of a single control loop, a desired value FS based upon a reference desired-value signal REF and a desired value RS based upon a desired-value setter RST are selected on a plant condition CND, and thus the desired value ST of a PID controller 31 is obtained. The PID controller 31 obtains an analog manipulated variable MA from a deviation signal ER between the process variable of the single control loop 1 to be controlled and a desired value ST. In a digital subsystem 2, an arithmetic device 22 performs arithmetic in accordance with prescribed algorithm by using an input from an analog subsystem 3 and the plant condition CND, and a digital manipulated-variable setter 34 selects a manipulated variable MD. Then, the manipulated variable MD and a manipulated variable MA are superposed to obtain a manipulated variable MH, which is applied to the single control loop 1.
