Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the quick response and the like of a speed control system, by providing a feed forward compensator which receives a speed command signal as its imput adds this output to the output of the controller so as to make the speed of a fluid pressure cylinder coincide with a command speed.
CONSTITUTION: A feedforward compensator 10 is provided for receiving as its input a speed command signal which is the output of a speed command device 1, and the speed of a fluid pressure cylinder 6 is made to coincide with the command speed of the device 1 by adding the output of the compensator to that of a controlling unit 3 through an adder 11. When the device 1 sends a speed command voltage eset coresponding to a command speed Vset, the compensator 10 generates an output signal ef to realize the command speed Vset. But, dut to an aging effect or the like, a difference may occur between the command speed and the actual speed of the cylinder 6, if only the output signal ef of the compensator 10 is available. Then, the output of a subtraction unit 2 is generated, and the signal is amplified through the control unit 3. The signal ef of the compensator 10 is compensated with this output signal through an adder 11, and the actual speed comes to coincide with the command speed.
