Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform safely trial operation of a servo control operation part and make it possible to facilitate the set adjustment, by providing the gain initial value setting means in the feedback system of the servo system driving unit.
CONSTITUTION: In case that an arbitrary input signal is applied to vibration test machine 1 and model operation circuit 2, test machine 1 operates on a basis of the initial value of the feedback gain of the speed and the acceleration set in potentiometers 6a and 6b. After that, when the state quantity is generated from test machine 1 and operation circuit 2 respectively, gain control signal generating circuit 3 generates gain control signals Cv and Cα so that response of test machine 1 may be caused to follow ideal response of operation circuit 2. After that, signals Cv and Cα are integrated in 4a and 4b to generate signals corresponding to increment or reduction of the gain. These signal are applied to multipliers 5a and 5b, and the gain of test machine 1 is corrected by these signal, so that the control characteristic of test machine 1 can be adapted to the control characteristic of model operation circuit 2.
