Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit a continuous speed control without occurence of any slackening in a line, by setting a minimum bias torque greater than the mechanical loss of a picking-up pinch roller.
CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier 16 supplies a deviation signal between speed command signal 14 and a speed feedback signal 15 to phase shift ignition circuit 17 as a phase control command signal. A torque-bias-circuit 20 generates, a predetermined output when the armature current, which is detected by a resistor 18, corresponding to a torque occurred on a DC-motor 4, may be not more than a current value set by a minimum torque setting signal 19 and generates no output when over the setting current value. Therefore, when the armature current may be not more than the setting current value because of the slackening occurred in the line, the DC-motor 4 is accelerated to correct the slackening in the line.
