Abstract
PURPOSE:To smoothly switch a current control to speed control in a motor by smoothly switching only the speed control and the minor current control. CONSTITUTION:When a change-over command A such as a command of starting coating step or the like is applied to a control system switching circuit 12, a control system switching signal B becomes on to switch the contact to produce a current value memory command C so as to store the current feedback amount I at that time in a current value memory circuit 9. Accordingly, a speed control loop such as a speed control amplifier SC or the like is isolated to become a current control mode with the output of the circuit 9 as a current reference. Accordingly, since it is locked to the current value (torque value, tension value) before starting the coating step, tension can be retained constantly. When the speed of the motor M is altered after starting the coating step, a speed set value correcting circuit 16 operates to automatically operate a fine pseed control regulating resistor DRH so that the speed of the motor M and the speed setting potentiometer may become constant. In this manner it can smoothly switch the current control to speed control in the motor.
