Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the overvoltage from being applied to a motor by limiting the control signal voltage fed by a feedback control circuit to a voltage lower than a voltage for saturating a control element. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 28 is closed at its start contact b, a transistor 27 is interrupted, and a capacitor 18 is charged with constant current by the output of a current limiter 22. Thus, the voltage of the capacitor 18 and the voltage of a line 19a are gradually and linearly increased. Since the control voltage (speed deviation signal) from a comparison amplifier 10 is large at the starting time of a motor 1, the control voltage of a transmission line 14 is limited to the voltage of the line 19a. When the motor 1 reached the reference rotation speed, the control voltage of the line 1 becomes low.
