(L 1p 1 I The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, can be used to power various computing devices, control systems, radio engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability while maintaining electrical parameters. The drawing shows a constant voltage regulator circuit 1 , feedback amplifier 2, transistor switch 3, relay element L, for example, 1mitt switch 1, field-effect transistor 5 and resistor 6. Regulator transistor 1 and collector connected to the input terminal by the emitter - to the output, feedback amplifier 2 is connected to the base of the controlling transistor 1 transistor switch 3 connected to the base of the regulating transistor 1 by a collector, and the field-effect transistor 5 is connected to the common emitter of the controlling transistor 1 by an emitter to the common bus, gate to the base of the regulating transistor 1, the drain through the resistor 6 to the common bus, the relay circuit 4 is connected to the drain of the field-effect transistor 5 and the output to the base of the transistor switch 3. The stabilizer works as follows m The magnitude of the current through the transistor and resistor 6 is determined by the voltage between the gate and the source of the field-effect transistor 5, which is equal to the voltage on the emitter junction of the regulating transistor 1. The base-emitter voltage of the regulating transistor 1 is a thermo-dependent parameter: The voltage across the junction voltage decreases. Thus, as the junction temperature of the control transistor increases, the voltage between the gate and the source of the field-effect transistor 5 decreases. which leads to an increase in current through the field-effect transistor 5 and resistor 6 ,. and therefore, the voltage drop across the resistor 6 increases. If the transition temperature of the control transistor 1 does not exceed the maximum allowable value, the voltage drop across the resistor 6 is not enough to trigger the relay circuit 4 — hence, the key 3 is closed and does not affect the operation of the stabilizer . When the transition temperature of the control transistor 1 reaches a value that exceeds the maximum allowed, the voltage drop across the resistor 6 becomes sufficient to operate the relay circuit 4 opening the switch 3, which leads to the stabilizer disconnecting. In this case, the stabilizer is turned off by the overheating signal of the transition of the regulating transistor 1 taken directly from the transition of the regulating transistor 1, which eliminates the time delay between the occurrence of overheating and the moment when the stabilizer turns off ;. Thus, the advantage of this device in comparison with the prototype is the increased reliability obtained by introducing an additional field-effect transistor and a resistor, which makes it possible to eliminate the time delay between the moment of occurrence of overheating and turning off the stabilizer.
