Abstract

Then, arithmetic based on the idle time data of control object 4 and the change degree of controlled variable C is carried out to predict a conrolled variable after the idle time. Further, a coincidence between this prdicted controlled variable and target value r is detected and manipulated variable C is decreased according to the detection value, thereby starting the control of main arithmetic part 2 by switching when the control object responds to a decrease in the manipulated variable. As a result, the control based upon a transfer function corresponding to its stable state is brought to effect as the system approximates a set value, so that the best control under simple process control can be exercised.
