CONSTITUTION:The magnetic force is varied for a magnetic roll 7 which turns at a high speed in a development sleeve 6. As a result, the vibration is given to the layer of the toner 3 which sticks on the surface of the sleeve 6 from a hopper 4 with the revolution of the roll 7 and then develops the latent image on the surface of a photoreceptor 1. Thus the fluidity of the toner 3 is increased to facilitate the control of the amount of the toner which flows into a gap between the sleeve 6 and the photoreceptor 1. This will increase the quality of pictures.
