PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrasonic microscope image whch is stable and high in contras, by providing a liquid feeding and discharging mechanism, a temperature sensor and a heater on an ultrasonic wave sending and receiving element, and holding a liquid at a constant temperature which has been set to a room temperature or above.
