Abstract

PURPOSE: The captioned apparatus which maintains the rate of liquid atomization irrespective of voltage fluctuations, temperature changes and variations in electrostrictive vibrators by mounting an ultrasonic vibrator and liquid level detector to a liquid atomization tank and controlling the driving output of the driving control circuit of the ultrasonic vibrator by the output of the liquid level detector.
CONSTITUTION: When liquid is supplied from a constant flow rate supplying device 101, the liquid level in an atomizing tank 102 rises and a float 106 and shielding plate 107 also rise and therefore the quantity of light from the LED 18a of a photo interruptor 18 is reduced and entered to a photo transistor (PT) 18b, whereby the C current of the PT 18b is reduced. Then, the B current of the transistor (T) 23 also decreases and therefore the B current flows in the T 25 which in turn supplies current to the driving circuit B thereby driving the ultrasonic vibrator 10. When the vibrator 10 is driven, the liquid 103 is atomized, hence the rise of the liquid level decreases and stabilizes at the driving level where the rate of liquid supply and the rate of atomization coincide.
