Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate control of an atomizing amount by a method wherein a degassed liquid packed into a pressurizing chamber of a substrate is vibrated by an electric oscillator and injected from a small pore nozzle faced to the pressurizing chamber to make constitution of the atomizer apparatus simple and compact.
CONSTITUTION: In a warm air heating system, a combustion control part 28 supplies power to a heater 15 by order of an operation part 27 to start operation of a suction pump 8. By the pump 8, a liquid fuel 2 is recirculated through a recirculation circuit consisting of a return part 7, the pump 8, a supply chamber 11, a pressurizing chamber 12, a return pipe 8 and the return part 7 to release dissolved air therein in the return part 7. At the same time when the operation of pump 8 is started, operation of combusting fan 24 is started and an ignition means 35 is operated. Next, operation of an oscillator drive part 36 is started to supply AC voltage to an electric oscillator 33 and a piezoelectric element 30 generates pulse oscillation directed to a direction of the nozzle part 30. Therefore, finely atomized fuel 2 is injected from a small pore nozzle 29 and ignited by the means 35 to form flame 37. An atomizing amount is determined by the operation of the oscillator 33.
