Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate an electric heater after formation of a flame and to provide an energy saving by a method wherein a heat pipe utilizing a combustion heat at a burner part is used as a vaporizer device for evaporating and vaporizing a liquid fuel. CONSTITUTION:Liquid fuel such as kerosene is fed to an evaporizing pipe 3 preheated by an electric heater 1 from a tank 7 under an operation of the pump 6, then the evaporated gas is injected into the premixing pipe 10 from the injection nozzle 8, a combustion air is suctioned from the suction port 11 under an ejector effect to provide a sufficient premixing in the premixing chamber 12, injected from the flame holes 14, ignited by the igniter 15 to form a combustion flame 13. One end of the heat pipe 9 arranged near the flame holes 14 is heated and then the other end of the heat pipe heats the evaporation pipe 3 under its thermal transfer. At this time, an energization of the electric heater 1 is terminated under a control of the conrol unit 2.
