(Prior art) Methods of burning liquid fuel such as kerosene for the purpose of heating include those that use a lamp wick, those that spray liquid fuel in the form of a mist from a nozzle and burn it, and those that burn liquid fuel by heating it to a high temperature. There are some known devices that combust vaporized gas. Of these, methods that burn vaporized gas in particular are widely used in indoor open-air heaters because the particles of vaporized gas are fine, the temperature is high, and it easily reacts with the combustion air, resulting in complete combustion. By the way.

However, such a gasification combustion method is not convenient to use because it takes a long preheating time. That is, in order to gasify liquid fuel, the temperature of the vaporizer must be high, so the start-up operation is performed,
After power is supplied to the electric heater provided in the vaporizer, combustion generally does not occur for several minutes.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the liquid fuel combustion device of the present invention includes an operation switch, a central control circuit, and a heater control circuit, and heats the vaporization device with an electric heater. In a liquid fuel combustion device that reaches a predetermined temperature and burns vaporized gas obtained by flowing liquid fuel into the vaporizer in a burner, the vaporizer is maintained at a heat retention temperature lower than the predetermined temperature while the operation switch is turned off. It is provided with a vaporizer heat-retaining means and an on/off switch for turning on/off the operation of the vaporizer heat-retaining means.

At least an operation switch 2 and an on/off switch 3 are provided at appropriate locations, and both switches are connected in parallel to a central control circuit 4 that executes various controls such as combustion control. 5 is a vaporizer heat-retaining means for keeping the temperature of the vaporizer 7 detected by the temperature sensor 6 at a heat-retaining temperature lower than a predetermined temperature during operation;
8 is a heater control circuit for supplying electric power to an electric heater 9 provided in the vaporizer 7. A pump 10 is provided in communication with the vaporizer 7 , and a lower end suction portion of the pump 10 is immersed in liquid fuel in an oil tank 11 . A nozzle 13 is formed at the tip of the vaporizer 7 and opens when the needle valve 12 is removed.
A burner 14 is arranged at a position facing this nozzle 13.

In the above configuration, when the operation switch 2 is turned on, the central control circuit 4 detects this and activates the heater control circuit 8. As a result, the electric heater 9 is supplied with electric power and generates heat, so that the temperature of the vaporizer 7 gradually increases. Vaporizer 7
The temperature of the vaporizer 7 is constantly detected by the temperature sensor 6 and sent to the central control circuit 4, and when the temperature of the vaporizer 7 reaches a predetermined temperature sufficient to vaporize the liquid fuel after several minutes of preheating time, the central control circuit 4 detects the temperature of the vaporizer 7. The circuit 4 operates the pump 10, the solenoid 16, the spark plug 15, etc. As a result, the liquid fuel is force-fed to the vaporizer 7, the needle valve 12 is operated, the nozzle 13 is opened, and a high-pressure discharge is generated between the spark plug 15 and the burner 14, so that the vaporized gas ejected from the nozzle 13 is It flows into the burner 14 and starts combustion.

Normally, combustion starts as described above, but when the on/off switch 3 is on, the following happens. That is, when the on/off switch 3 is turned on, the central control circuit 4 detects this and operates the vaporizer heat-retaining means 5, and the heater control circuit 8 is activated based on a signal from the vaporizer heat-retaining means 5. At this time, the heater control circuit 8 operates to appropriately turn on and off electricity to the electric heater 9, or to continuously supply a predetermined small amount of electric power, so that the temperature of the vaporizer 7 is lower than a predetermined temperature. The temperature will be maintained at a low temperature. Then, when the operation switch 2 is turned on during the heat retention, the vaporizer heat retention means 7 is stopped, and ignition and combustion occur in the order described above. The heating time is significantly shortened and combustion occurs quickly, making the heater easier to use.

In order to avoid wasting power due to heat retention, it is sufficient to turn off the on/off switch 3, and whether or not this heat retention is necessary is determined by the user.
