Abstract
PURPOSE: To supply succeesively prescribed amounts of a brightner so as to retain the quality of plating high, by oscillating pulses having a frequency corresponding to an input of a plating electric current so that a pulse pump is driven to supply the brightner to a plating tank.
CONSTITUTION: The plating electric current passing through electrodes in the plating tank is detected, its value 11 is passed to an amplified 12, and then to a voltage control oscillator 13 to oscillate a voltage having a frequency proportional to the input electric current 11, which is passed to a pulse width modulating circuit 14 to make the pulse width constant, and the pulses are inputted via a trigger 15 to the pulse pump 16 for supplying a brightner thereby prescribed amounts of the brightner are supplied to the plating tank 2. Thus the supplying intervals of the brightner are shortened, and therefore oversupply thereof can be prevented and the quantity of the plating can be kept high.
