Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the variation of atomization rate, i.e. combustion rate, that depends on the variation of liquid temperature, through the process consisting of detecting the temperature of liquid fuel and controlling the power supply rate of an ultrasonic oscillator.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature of the liquid fuel in an atomizing tank 7 is detected by a sensor 13, and the power supply rate of an ultrasonic oscillator 8 is changed accordingly. Namely, atomization rate is proportionate to the temperature of said liquid fuel. If this is left as it is, combustion rate also varies in accordance with liquid temperature. However, the variation of atomization rate that depends on the variation of liquid temperature can be prevented by increasing the power supply rate of said ultrasonic oscillator 8 when liquid temperature is high and increasing that when liquid temperature is low.
