Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus furnished with a specific heating ring for perfusion liquid and a chamber on a glass plate having an electrically conductive transparent film, and capable of accurately controlling the temperature of perfusion liquid supplied to a cell operated in a field of a microscope. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conductive film is applied to the lower surface of a transparent glass plate 8, an electrically conductive coating is applied to the conductive film and lead wires are attached to the coating to form a glass plate for heating. A ring 22 having a top-opened groove is bonded to the upper surface of the glass plate. A pipe and a heating medium are put into the groove of the ring 22. A chamber 29 is placed in the ring 22. An end of the pipe in the ring 22 is connected to a perfusion liquid-feeding tank and the other end is connected to a nozzle 25 opened to the inside of the chamber 29. The chamber 29 is provided with an injection tube to discharge the perfusion liquid from the chamber.
