Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a light receiving device in which an optical element introducing light to light receiving elements is readily positioned on the receiving element and flare can be prevented, by a method wherein incident surface of a substrate not contributing to light receiving is coated by low-reflectivity film. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 4 is provided with light receiving element trains 3a, 3b and with positioning marks 7a, 7b made of Al having high reflectivity for positioning a prism 2 in optical element to introduce light in the light receiving elements. Incident surface of the substrate 4 except the elements 3a, 3b and the marks 7a, 7b is coated a film of low reflectivity. In this constitution, positioning of the prism at fixing state using an adhesive agent 5 is readily performed, and reflection of incident ray at incident surface is reduced, the low-reflectivity surface and flare generation is prevented, and constitution is applied to a light receiving device in a focusing detecting device.
