CONSTITUTION:A substrate 4 is provided with light receiving element trains 3a, 3b and with positioning marks 7a, 7b made of Al having high reflectivity for positioning a prism 2 in optical element to introduce light in the light receiving elements. Incident surface of the substrate 4 except the elements 3a, 3b and the marks 7a, 7b is coated a film of low reflectivity.
