Abstract
PURPOSE:To stop the outflow of resin impregnated at a minimum, and to obtain excellent electrical mechanical characteristics by executing main insulation to a conductor and previously winding a semi-cured tape on sections positioned at an injection port for the resin and an exhaust port while weaving a tape treated with an accelerating agent curing the resin impregnated. CONSTITUTION:The coil of the electrical machinery and apparatus for resin impregnating treatment is manufactured in such a manner that an aramid tape 2 is wound on the outer circumference of the conductor formed by a straight angle square wire 1 by several number in half stacking winding, and a glass preimpregnation tape 3 is similarly wound in a half stacking shape only by predetermined number.
