Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve reliability, and to facilitate operation by a method wherein a bare conductor section in a connecting section is surrounded with a heat- resistant high molecular sheet material, forming an overlapping section with the insulation of a coil end section, space between the bare conductor section and the sheet material is filled with expanded silicone, the whole winding is vacuum pressure impregnated with a resin and the resin is polymerized and cured. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2 section in a connecting section is covered with heat-resistant aromatic polyamide paper 4 in 0.18mm thickness to a shape that an overlapping clearance 6 in 30mm or more is formed first. Minimum insulating thickness 7 must be brought to 10mm or more at that time. Space in a conductor bare section is filled with expanded silicone, the whole winding is vacuum- pressure impregnated by using an epoxy resin, and the epoxy resin is heated and cured. According to the method, since the air gap section of an silicone rubber is filled with the epoxy resin, not only the cracking of the epoxy resin and the cracking of the silicone rubber can be avoided but also operation is facilitated and advantageous profitability is brought.
