Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the production of an air gap in coil insulating layers by replacing resin in an impregnation tank as it is in thermoplastic resin after the thermoplastic resin is impregnated in the coil in vacuum to thermally curing thermosetting resin impregnated in advance. CONSTITUTION:An insulated coil 8 insulated as prescribed is mounted on a core 2, and is completely connected as prescribed in the core 2. This core 2 is sunk in an impregnation tank 10 filled with thermosetting resin 11, and thermosetting resin is impregnated in vacuum. Then, the core 2 remains as it is, and the thermosetting resin 11 in the tank 10 is replaced with thermoplastic resin 12 in heated and fluidized state. The resin is heated and pressurized in this state, and the thermosetting resin impregnated in advance is cured. In this manner, the impregnated resin is cured in liquid resin. Accordingly, no air is introduced, thereby eliminating the production of an air gap therein.
