CONSTITUTION:The inner liner 2 comprising the fibrinous material is formed on the inner insulating tube 1 which is formed by impregnating thermosetting resin. A coil main body 3 is formed thereon via interlayer insulators 5. The outer liner 6 which is formed by the same material as that of the inner liners 2 and the outer insulating tube 7 which is formed by the same material as that of the inner insulator 1 are provided. By prelimnarily drying said device, the impregnated resin in the insulating tubes 1 and 7 is impregnated into the liners 2 and 6, and the insulators 1 and 7 and the liners 2 and 6 are strongly combined. Then the thermosetting resin is injected, heated, and cured, and the liners 2 and 6 and the end part insulator 9 are strongly combined.
