Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize electric apparatus maintaining superb property of a magnetic steel plate which is manufactured by the ultra-speed cooling method and rolled into a desired thickness by single rolling which is then wound and formed and, after heat treatment, impregnated in resin, pressurized and heat hardened. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic steel plate is manufactured by the ultra-speed cooling method and is rolled by single rolling to the thickness of 0.02-0.1mm.. It is then wound and formed and heat treated, impregnated in resin and again heat hardened to compress the gap between winding layers. It is used for the iron core of electromagnetic apparatus. A low loss property of the magnetic plate obtained by ultra-speed cooling method is retained at the iron core for the title apparatus and a high area occupancy of the iron core helps miniaturize electromagnetic apparatus.
