Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a laminated magnetic core material with an enhanced adhesivity and resulting high peeling strength by using epoxy-based adhesive as organic adhesive and thin sheets of an amorphous magnetic alloy having a specifically defined composition.
CONSTITUTION: A plural number of thin sheets made of an amorphous magnetic alloy are laminated each other by using epoxy-based adhesive as organic adhesive material. The amorphous magnetic alloy used has an atomic composition of MaYbZc, where M is selected from one or more of Fe, Co, and Ni, Y is from one or more of P, B, C, and Si, Z is Nb and/or Mo, and a+b+c=100 atomic %, with a being 70W82 atomic %, c 0.05W10 atomic %. In this manner, a greatly enhanced adhesivity and peeling strength are provided.
