Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a laminated layer consisting of amorphous metal thin film layers having required width and thickness, by incorporating a laminated layer consisting of a plurality of amorphous thin film layers integrally laminated.
CONSTITUTION: An amorphous metal thin film is preferably selected from amorphous alloys obtained by adding one or more component selected from boron, silica, carbon, nickel, cobalt etc., to iron as the main component. Moreover, as the amorphous metal thin film materials are supplied in the shapes of ribbons, sheets of narrow width in many cases, if necessary, a plurality of the amorphous metal thin film materials in the shapes of ribbons or sheets of narrow width are arranged in parallel each other to form a sheet body of wide width, or the faced side edge parts of these materials are adhered with a conductive adhesive or a solder to form a sheet body having a required wide width. To strengthen and stabilize the shield effect of the laminated sheet, it is desirable that a number of amorphous metal thin film layers are laminated. As the result, it is possible to obtain an amorphous metal material having a considerable thickness with a wide width.
