Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a deterioration of magnetic characteristic caused by a shrinkage of varnish and prevent vibration and noise caused by an electromagnetic force by a method wherein a winding process for iron core is performed with varnish having less thermo-shrinkage. CONSTITUTION:Varnish 7 having less thermo-shrinkage is immersed in a magnetic thin belt 1 having a desired width, and a thickness of the varnish film is adjusted, if required, by rolls 8 so as to prevent a deterioration of the rate of occupancy, then the belt is fixed to a bobbin 2 corresponding to a window or opening of the iron core, mechanically wound up to desired thickness of the winding 3 while a backward tension force is applied. Then, the magnetic thin belt 1 is cut and temporarily attached, thereafter dried to form the iron core. The cut core 6 is manufactured by cutting and/or grinding the iron core.
