Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the deformation of an iron core even if the tension of a winding on the electromagnet is increased by forming a center hole at the rotary shaft of the electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A coil spool 2 formed by insert molding an iron core 1 is fitted to the chuck 4 of a winding machine. The center holes 2a, 2a are formed at the rotary shaft 6 of the coil spool 2, and the coil spool 2 is supported at the center 5 of the winding machine. The winding 3 is set, the winding machine is rotated in a direction as designated by an arrow A, and the winding work is thus conducted. The electromagnet is supported at both ends with the chuck 4 and the center 5 of the winding machine, and the center holes 2a, 2a are formed at the rotary shaft 6 of the coil spool 2 to conduct the winding work. Thus, the electromagnet which is not deformed at the iron core 1 regardless of the magnitude of the tension of the winding 3 and the length of the electromagnet can be obtained.
