Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit production of a number of coils in one cycle by mounting the pins which can make frequent appearances in the normalized openings formed on a shaft.
CONSTITUTION: An index block 11 is equipped with a plurality of coiling jigs which are installed by the direction of the shaft of revolution and have the pins 18 mounted on the coiling jig body 12, in the state capable of making frequent appearances in the normalized openings 19 formed on a shaft 16. The first operating means is provided with, which is operated by a driving source and controls a plurality of pins 18 in frequent appearance operation in the normalized openings 19 on the shaft 16 of the outer bobbin 5 of the coiling jig. The second operating means is provided with, which is operated by a driving source and operates to one end of each shaft 28, 29, to the other end of which an inner bobbin is fixed and controls the shift of the shafts 28 and 29. With the bobbin apparatus equipped with the devices described above, a number of coils can be manufactured in one cycle, and production efficiency can be increased markedly.
