Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform winding securely at high speed, by drawing out a coil led out from a coil lead-out part formed on a disc rotary around the outer boundary of a wound part material to the neighborhood of the wound part material through the clearance between this disc and a guide disc. CONSTITUTION:The guide disc 13 is provided on the side of the coil lead-out of the disc 11 rotary around the outer boundary of the wound part material 2 through the clearance 14 with the coil 6 led out from the coil lead-out part 12 drawn out to the neighborhood of the wound part material 2 through the clearance 6.
