Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of gap width by forming iron-core gap to incline against the crossed planes of iron cores. CONSTITUTION:A pair of iron cores 1, 2 are faced each other by facing sections 3, 4 and zig-zag gap 5 is formed at a central magnetic path section under faced conditions. The gap 5 is formed by a plane provided with an angle against the crossed planes of the iron cores, so predetermined magnetic reluctance can be obtained without ristricting the control of gap width during a manufacturing process.
